Sales associate

PBS Cayman (Productive Business Solutions Technologies (Cayman) Limited / CBM Ltd) is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Associate to promote and sell Xerox products for graphic communications, including MFPs, software (such as PaperCut), solution integrations, IT services and related applications. This is a customer-facing role focused on meeting monthly sales targets while building good relationships with clients.

About the Role

Full-time position based in George Town, Grand Cayman. Your duties will include:

• Selling Xerox MFPs, solutions and services to new and existing customers to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Building and keeping good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals, and preparing solutions to show clients.
• Helping customers choose products and solutions that meet their business needs, and finding chances to offer extra products or services.
• Recording and updating sales activities (calls, meetings and presentations) in company systems.
• Staying informed about Xerox products, promotions and industry trends through training.

Hours of work: Regular business hours, with some flexibility for customer meetings and travel. Evening or weekend work may be needed for client meetings or events, and the role requires overtime.

Working conditions

Based in the Cayman Islands, with customer meetings and some travel as needed. A laptop and a cell phone with a credit limit are provided.

What We Are Looking For

• Associate degree in Sales and Marketing or Business preferred.
• 5 to 6 years of sales experience in graphic communications, MFP and office equipment, IT or technology.
• Familiarity with Xerox products or similar technology is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and CRM software.
• Strong time management, and able to meet deadlines and commitments daily.

What We Offer

Salary range: KYD 37,200 to KYD 50,400 per annum, paid monthly, plus health insurance, pension and vacation leave. A laptop and a cell phone with a credit limit are also provided.
