Responsibilities

• Responsible for all data entry into Maximo Systems.
• Open and close all transportation activities, Work Orders, order parts, track parts, enter man-hours.
• Ensure all SRO`s status is updated.
• Create and update PM Schule for IMP.
• Create and update JOB PLANS by OEM.
• Implement workflow chart for DTO and PR.
• Provide information relative to progress and completion of work orders.
• Update and retrieve equipment record data.
• Participate in and assists in preparation of maintenance reports and statistical performance data, when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High School/GED diploma graduate
• 3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fleet transportation field
• Knowledge of NAVFAC MAXIMO SYSTEM
• Able to obtain a Common Access Card for government systems. (CAC)
• Knowledge of automobile parts and labor references, and technology
