We are actively seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Process Engineer to join our Procurement and Third Party Management Operational Excellence team. This is a pivotal strategic leadership role, requiring a strong ability to anticipate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. The successful candidate will operate as a proactive problem-solver, consistently staying current with industry developments and strategically executing initiatives.

This individual will independently lead and drive the execution of complex, transformational initiatives across the enterprise-wide landscape, requiring strategic foresight and determination without extensive supervision. The ideal candidate will possess deep disciplinary knowledge in process engineering, a proven track record of successful project execution, strong commercial and risk awareness, and a demonstrated ability to navigate and deliver projects effectively across diverse global geographies. This role demands strong communication, effective influence management, and robust leadership skills, vital for guiding and influencing stakeholder consensus across all organizational levels, including external partners. This individual will be a critical architect of continuous improvement, significantly influencing strategic decisions and driving service excellence within their area of specialization, and is expected to consistently operate at a high level of performance and strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Process Design & Execution Mastery: Exemplify leadership within multi-disciplinary engineering project teams, commanding the delivery of strategic process solutions that yield transformative outcomes and quantifiable benefits.
• Disruptive Innovation & Growth Cultivation: Proactively identify, rigorously assess, and relentlessly pursue innovation opportunities, unearthing novel sources of strategic growth, defining compelling new value propositions, and fundamentally re-engineering business and operating models.
• Executive Collaboration & Strategic Influence: Forge indispensable alliances with senior business and functional leaders, proactively identifying and championing monumental opportunities for exponential revenue growth and significant cost optimization.
• Enterprise-Scale Program Leadership: Formulate and meticulously maintain exceptionally rigorous project blueprints, masterfully navigating and commanding all facets of intricate project landscapes including resource allocation, intricate stakeholder management, and granular task orchestration.
• Risk Governance & Compliance Stewardship: Proactively identify, rigorously assess, and strategically mitigate systemic project and operational risks.
• Advanced Data-Driven Strategic Communication: Drive sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analysis, resolving ambiguity in complex data sets and disparate inputs with unparalleled precision.
• Sustained Improvement Leadership & Strategic Contribution: Champion and embed a pervasive continuous improvement culture, assuming a preeminent leadership role in conceiving and driving innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 6-10 years of demonstrably progressive experience in process engineering, strategic financial planning and analysis, or large-scale project execution.
• Independent Strategic Leadership: Proven, exceptional success in autonomously conceiving, leading, and flawlessly executing extraordinarily complex, high-impact, and enterprise-wide projects from inception to culmination.
• Executive Communication, Influence, and Leadership Acumen: Exhibit superior verbal, written, and diplomatic mastery.
• AI/ML Application for Process Architecture: Possess a demonstrated, advanced ability to regularly leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) resources.
• Advanced Risk Acumen: Exhibit an exhaustive understanding of enterprise-level project and operational risk management principles.
• Broad shared services experience is a significant plus.

Education

Bachelor's/University degree required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent advanced professional qualifications.
