Your Role:

As a Back Office Designing Specialist - Talent Pool, you will:

• Process images and improve them for approval
• Meet daily performance targets and track individual progress
• Utilize required software and tools effectively
• Ensure quality standards are met for all assigned tasks
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

• Advanced English Level B2
• Availability to work on site
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Good computer skills – easy navigation between different systems, saving files, and loading files
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to Haves:

• Visual Design Expertise
• Graphic & Digital Art Creation: Good if your work leans heavily into digital illustration or photo manipulation.
• Visual Communication: Focuses on the strategy behind the imagery (conveying a message).
• Digital Content Design: Best if your imagery is primarily for web, social media, or marketing.
