Position: Maintenance Operations Manager

Location: Onshore Pointe Noire - Congo - Client's maintenance site

Fluent English & French language is MUST!

Min. 5 Years experience on FLNG - FPSO MAINTENNACE Projects is MUST!

Project: Marine CREW FLNG - Maintenance

Start of activities: ASAP – October 2026 (indicative)

Period: 12 months (renewable)

Work Rotation: 90 / 15

Work time: 10 hours / day - 6 days / week

Job description:

• Manage & Recruit, train, and oversee maintenance around 50 persons local employees, ensuring they have necessary skills and knowledge.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure that all maintenance operations are in compliance with safety regulations.
• Check that all machinery and equipment is running efficiently.
• Prepare and control the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and track maintenance activities and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other departments for scheduling repairs or routine maintenance.
