Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

Any Other Specifications: Having studied energy, Fuel Management, Planning & refuelling.

Any other skills Required: Proficiency in English is a significant advantage

1. Create tickets by linking critical alarms to fuel resolution status.
2. Escalate issues in line with the escalation matrix.
3. Ensure site deliveries, monitor and update Out-of-Service (OOS) issues related to fuel.
4. Provide access to SN and ACSYS for TTS and SWOS.
5. Ensure that the MP provides reports related to breakdowns.
6. Prepare FCWO and FDWO when required for a given area.
7. Verify data and supporting photos (FCWO and FDWO).
8. Prepare fuel reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
9. Ensure access to SN and ACSYS for fuel replenishment operations.
10. Ensure fuel replenishment is in line with the approved budget.
11. Ensure FCWO and FDWO are closed in accordance with established processes.
