• Production Quality Engineer and Quality Technician competency continuous improve
• Production Quality performance and quality cost monitor
• Work with Production team on production quality improvement
• Allocate resources of Production quality in terms of works and tasks
• Lead team to handle the customer complaint refer to production line
• Lead Production Quality continuous improvement
• Production Quality KPI monitor and improvement
• Production Quality KPI setting
• Team Work planning & assignment
• Put right employee with right competence at the right position.
