PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Work out & follow up NPI order schedule based on raw material status and leverage the capacity of both NPI sample line and existing production lines to fulfil customer delivery requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To make NPI schedule based on material status/manpower & tooling capacity linked to shared point sample request and SAP real NPI orders prior to handover the business to operations.
2. To monitor the output to make sure on time delivery.
3. To analysis sample LT performance, control the reasonable RM stock, quick response to customer and improve the Molex’s competitive sample ability.
4. To work with buyer and sample coordinators to ensure material supply smoothly.
5. Coordinate with production planning team work on capacity allocations to sample demand.
6. To do HC planning, material availability checking, and capacity analysis.
7. Maintain sample tracker system for both CSBU and CCS.
8. Sample cost related monitoring.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

SCOPE:

Focus on NPI planning with respect to PPNP planning and non PPNP planning integration to sample line.

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: College graduate

PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree or above

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: 5 or above years working experience as production planner or NPI planner

PREFERRED: Experience in cable assembly business is preferred.
