Responsibilities:

• Collect & Update on a monthly basis for the Additional Pricing Tracker & LTA tracker Region APAC, work with plant controlling & Global Sales Reporting for accrual topics
• Ortis System -APAC contracts Management
• Sales Support work for COEMs Team BYD/ SAIC/ Changan,etc., for support requested by Account Managers
• SAP SA/SO Creation Chongqing Plant, Ford Thailand SA price regular updating;
• Other Tasks Sales team Support e.g., Drafting Notification Letter to Customers, Internal Reporting PPT Slides Preparation., Contract Review Comparison, etc.

Qualifications:

• Automobile industry working experience, familiar with sales process
• MS Office, SAP Sales Function Operation experience, Proficient in Word and Excel, Power Query & BI skills is a plus
