Overview

This role requires a proactive and very analytic staff who conducts Source To Contract process challenges and ensure KPIs and SLAs. This person will be support but not limited to all Source to Contract tasks covering APAC Packaging category, aim to driving savings as well as process improvement and automation. Meanwhile, the role also needs to help the related market to resolve add hoc request under APAC Packaging Category-S2C scopes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure automation, standardization and simplification are implemented in the ChCC Source To Contract processes and create benchmark with other service centres. Capability coverage including but not limited to RFX support; Contract management support; Vendor master support; Spend reports; Add-hoc requests under APAC Packaging Category.
• Continuously improve user and vendor support management process, content responses and implementation plans, as part of ongoing service innovation.
• Provide guidance and support to users regarding to S2C related policies, process, etc.
• Provide full visibility of the S2C processes, suppliers, materials, etc. to maximize Procurement strategies and negotiations powers.
• Assure supported tasks alignment with Global Category Strategies.
• Constant communication and collaboration with stakeholders and legal team to get accurate information and measure performance and fulfillment of deliveries and quality of documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in procurement, deep knowledge on S2C and P2P functions.
• University’s degree.
• Ability to analize spend data coming from different sources.
• Skills presenting and building dashboards, PPT, excel files to internal and external user.
• Familiar with ERP system(ARIBA/SAP etc.), as well as bidding systems: Ariba/Archlet etc.
• Able to speak- read – understand English.
• Multicultural work experience.
• Procurement – finance – analytics background.
