Experience taking software or AI-enabled features through multiple lifecycle stages such as concept, feasibility, requirements, design, implementation, integration, verification, release, registration support, and post-release iteration.
Demonstrated leadership capability through technical influence, delivery coordination, and people development, including guiding a small or virtual feature team, coaching engineers, and aligning stakeholders around outcomes.
Strong customer orientation and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clinical users and convert their needs into actionable product and technical direction.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese, suitable for cross-regional collaboration and customer engagement.
Experience in ultrasound, women’s health, obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive medicine, pelvic floor, fetal imaging, or related clinical domains.
Experience with medical-device software quality systems, design controls, risk management, software lifecycle documentation, verification and validation, and regulatory submissions.
Experience with AI data strategy, annotation, model evaluation, performance characterization, dataset shift, synthetic data, MLOps, or model lifecycle management.
Experience working in a global, matrixed R&D organization and collaborating across regions, disciplines, and time zones.
Experience shaping early-stage concepts through ATD, rapid prototyping, customer co-creation, and evidence-based prioritization.
