Senior engineer - test

EM Test Engineering team is looking for a Senior Test Engineer located in Suzhou China to support the Probe/Test operations for AMG in China, mainly for the OSATs listed below.

• JCAP
• NanTong TongFu ( NTTF )
• HuaTien KunShan and HuaTien NanJing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing Probe/Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in China
• Maverick lot dispositions
• On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
• Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
• Responsible for major subcons KPI including
• MPE cycle time
• Lot Reject Rate

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience about Semicondutor projects or sustaining activities.
• Familiar with Test Cell knowledge
• Familiar with Test Operation Flow
• Familiar with Probe Docking/Interface Setup
• Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
• Proficient English is a MUST
• Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results
• Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
