Join our fast-growing Fine Fragrance team and help shape sustainable commercial growth with valued customers. In this role, you will manage existing business, identify new opportunities, and guide fragrance projects toward solutions that create value for both customers and dsm-firmenich. You will collaborate with talented colleagues across commercial, marketing, development, customer care, demand planning, and supply chain teams. This is an opportunity to deepen your industry expertise, strengthen customer partnerships, and contribute to an ambitious and supportive team.

Your key responsibilities

• Understand account objectives and deliver sales targets through clear, actionable customer plans.
• Manage existing customer relationships and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Guide commercial projects toward effective solutions that meet customer needs and support sustainable business growth.
• Maintain open communication with the Sales Manager and collaborate with Marketing, Development, and other commercial colleagues.
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities with master data, demand planning, customer care, and supply chain teams to provide timely and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and support the commercial team in delivering shared sales goals and building strong customer partnerships.

You Bring

• Relevant experience in account management, customer development, or commercial sales, ideally within fine fragrance or a related industry.
• A strong sense of accountability, with the initiative to speak up, focus on priorities, and follow through on commitments.
• The ability to build trusted customer relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and translate account objectives into practical plans.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working across commercial, marketing, development, planning, customer care, and supply chain teams.
• Curiosity and an open mindset, with a willingness to explore better, smarter, and more sustainable solutions.
• Leadership capability that inspires others, supports team development, and brings stakeholders together around shared goals.
