Job Description
Ensure managing the Product Development Process (PDP) Project from business award to 3 month after customer SOP
Ensure to be the team leader of project team, lead cross function team for project execution and problem solving
Ensure APTIV process to execute and control project, include hold weekly meeting, maintain PM tools and system
Conduct Gate Review to ensure projects flawless launched
Understand and identify project risk, participate AP/Global Red Program Review meeting and escalate the critical issues to management
Monitor and control Project Investment (AR) and manage Project Finance performance
Communicate as customer interface and manage customer MRD to make sure key deliverables on time
Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and APTIV Business Process
