Hold yourself and your partners accountable for results and for behavior aligned with Our Values. Understand the external environment, key business value drivers, and how workforce decisions affect financial performance. Be a steward of our culture and PBM™, starting with Integrity and Compliance. Align people to the vision and foster challenge and experimentation through clear roles, responsibilities, expectations (RREs), and decision rights. Shape workforce strategies for current and future business needs, close critical talent gaps, and help supervisors develop high-performing teams. Use data, opportunity cost, and risk assessment to guide organization design, change, and compliance decisions that maximize value. Lead the China HR team and use the HRBP Capability Framework to assess capability and tailor development.
  • Relationships and Collaboration: Build relationships at all levels, including the Shanghai and Kunshan leadership team, the CCS HR Lead team, and HR capability groups (HR Services, Total Rewards, HR Compliance, Legal, and Recruiting).
