Fleet & Logistics Coordination

Plan and schedule vehicle bookings, driver rosters, and duty shifts to support marine projects and port operations. Oversee the transportation of tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety standards. Manage vehicle registration, insurance, toll recharges, and traffic fine monitoring.

Port & Regulatory Compliance

Process gate passes and liaise with port authorities for entry and exit of cargo and equipment. Ensure compliance with port and regulatory requirements for logistics and fleet movement.

Maintenance & Repairs

Track and schedule regular servicing and maintenance of fleet vehicles. Coordinate procurement of spare parts and manage vendor relationships for repairs.

Documentation & ERP Management

Maintain operational documentation through ERP systems, including purchase orders, material requisitions, and inventory records. Support finance by preparing invoices, handling accounts receivable/payable, and maintaining accurate financial logs.

Operational Support

Assist in manpower allocation and duty assignments to ensure smooth operations. Provide administrative support in HR-related fleet operations when required.
