Job Description

1. Responsible for mechanical development of electrical drive unit, from concept design to detailed structure
2. Design motor structure including shaft system, sealing system, transmission system and other necessary components
3. Confirm and design interface matching between motor and ECU/gearbox/pump; resolve assembly, interference, NVH and sealing issues
4. Collaborate with CAE engineers on magnetic circuit, structural, thermal and fluid simulation to drive design iteration
5. Perform tolerance stack‑up analysis (GD&T) and release BoM, 2D/3D engineering drawings and test specification
6. Cooperation with global project team and other function department (purchasing, manufacturing, sales, sample shop etc.), manage supplier technical concept feasibility.
7. Prepare DFMEA, DFMA, design guidelines, test specifications and other technical documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• > 5 yrs relevant working experiences in engineering area development
• > Experience in international environment during study or working
• > Passion and curios for exploring new area
• Experienced in using CAD software Creo
• Good command of English language both written and spoken
