• Understand day-to-day business challenges and address them through data analysis

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple business systems to identify trends and opportunities

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using to visualize business KPIs

• Develop clear visualizations — including charts, spreadsheets, and presentations — to convey complex data in a straightforward fashion

• Translate data findings into compelling presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and analytical frameworks
