Position Summary

The Key Account Management Leader is responsible for building and leading ACP's key account management system, capabilities, and operating model across Asia Pacific. This position leads, coaches, and coordinates the KAM organization to ensure consistent strategic-account planning, execution, governance, and customer-health monitoring.

The role partners with territory leaders, KAMs, Product Marketing, and senior leadership to establish best practices, improve strategic-account effectiveness, and accelerate growth across ACP's most important customers.

Key Responsibilities

KAM Program Leadership

• Develop and govern ACP's regional Key Account Management framework.
• Establish common processes, tools, metrics, and governance.
• Establish strategic-account review processes.

Growth Acceleration

• Partner with KAMs and territory leaders to identify growth opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-region account coordination.
• Enable expansion into new applications, geographies, and business units.

Capability Building

• Coach and develop key account managers.
• Build account-management competencies and best practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing across regions.

Customer Health and Insights

• Monitor strategic-account performance.
• Identify risks and required escalations.
• Track customer-engagement effectiveness.

Strategic Governance

• Lead quarterly KAM reviews.
• Coordinate executive-sponsorship programs.
• Ensure strategic-account plans are linked to business objectives.
• Drive accountability for account growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of experience in account management, sales leadership, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Demonstrated success managing complex global customers.
• Strong strategic-thinking and business-planning capability.
• Track record of influencing across regions and functions without direct authority.
• Experience building commercial processes and operating systems.
