Position Purpose

Responsible for driving Cenovis business growth across JD, VIP, PDD and distribution channels. The role will develop and execute channel strategies, manage key customer relationships, and ensure delivery of sales, profit, and market share objectives. This position reports to the Sales Leader and works closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver sales, market share, and profitability targets for JD, VIP, PDD, and distribution channels.
• Develop annual business plans and execute growth strategies aligned with Cenovis objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with platform stakeholders, distributors, and key business partners.
• Drive effective execution of key campaigns, product launches, and channel-specific activations.
• Monitor channel performance, customer KPIs, and ROI to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure successful business execution.
• Manage demand planning and sales forecasting to support healthy inventory levels and business continuity.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and shopper insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the development and expansion of distribution networks to increase brand penetration and availability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, or Sales.
• Hands-on experience managing JD, VIP, PDD, distributors, or other digital commerce channels.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering sales growth.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in business planning, forecast management, and performance analysis.
