Deine Verantwortung & Mission:

• Kundenentwicklung: Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst Dein Vertriebsgebiet weiter (Deutschschweiz und Tessin)
• Technische Beratung: Du berätst Elektriker:innen und Installateur:innen zu unseren Lösungen und Services
• Digitaler Vertrieb: Du führst virtuelle Verkaufsgespräche, Präsentationen und Beratungen in Deutscher und Italienischer Sprache durch
• Geschäftsausbau: Du identifizierst Marktpotenziale und erschliesst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit Vertriebspartnern
• Innovation: Du treibst die Einführung neuer Produkte und digitaler Lösungen voran
• Wissensvermittlung: Du moderierst Webinare, Online-Demos und Kundenschulungen
• Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Field Sales und internen Teams zusammen
• Daten & Insights: Du nutzt CRM- und Marktdaten zur gezielten Kundenentwicklung

Dein Mindset:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektroinstallation, Elektrotechnik, Energie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen oder vertrieblichen Umfeld von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in der Elektrobranche, idealerweise im Umgang mit Installateur:innen, Elektroplaner:innen oder dem Grosshandel
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikations- und Vertriebskanälen
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Beratung und dem Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
• Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und kundenorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln
• Stilsichere Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

For this position, the starting annual salary is CHF 100'400 per year and includes a variable component. It applies to candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
