Job Description

Do you want to gain practical experience in construction or project management of innovative and sustainable construction and real estate projects? Then lay the foundation for a successful career and become part of our team in Zurich by February 2027 or by arrangement. From residential and office buildings and hotels to logistics centers and hospitals - together with you, we want to reach new heights with future-proof projects from private and public builders!

In our interdisciplinary projects, you will have the opportunity to get to know other areas of Drees & Sommer. We also offer you the chance to write your thesis with us and subsequently be taken on in a permanent position.

• Contributing to the timely, cost-effective, quality, and contract-compliant execution of exciting high-rise projects for renowned clients
• Independently processing offers, invoices, changes, risks, and forecasts
• Developing project organization, construction schedules, and site logistics
• Contributing to risk management in the planning and construction process as well as in tendering, awarding, and contract conclusion
• Supporting the execution of architectural competitions and award procedures
• Creating cost/schedule reports, presentations, and budget overviews
• Taking on partial tasks in the area of Lean Construction Management

Qualifications

• Studies in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering (specialization in construction) or in a comparable field
• First semesters successfully completed or first practical experience in architecture/civil engineering as well as good academic performance
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Passion for innovations and sustainability
• Availability for at least 5-6 months at a workload of 80-100%
