Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a trading process specialist (m, f, d) as Business Risk Analyst Trading Processes Bank.

Your Tasks:

• Conducting analyses of the bank's trading processes, compliance (e.g. EMIR, MiFID II) and operational risks.
• Based on the control deficits in the trading systems identified by internal or external audit, develop solutions to optimize trading processes.
• Support the Trading department in establishing and maintaining a robust control framework and setting up second line of defense controls.
• In close cooperation with IT, Trading and Legal & Compliance Department and external specialists, implement trading related policies, to ensure clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Plan and conduct audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks related to applicable laws and regulations.
• Ad hoc project work based on events to systematically eliminate vulnerabilities in the trading systems.
• Point of contact for the business on compliance issues.

Your Profile:

• Masters' or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• Experience in the middle office or trading of a bank or as external or internal auditor.
• Experience in banking matters, financial markets and financial products.
• Understanding of financial market infrastructure activities.
• Familiarity with operational risk in trading and knowledge of the relevant regulations.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly between business and IT.
• Flair for IT processes and systems.
• Dedication and motivation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Skilled in German as well as English.
