This Programs and Solutions team sits within the Strategy and Solutions Chapter, which encompasses a number of different strategic and innovative teams. Our purpose is to guide strategic priorities, advance value delivery through solutions and digital excellence, govern compliance, and drive sustainability to deliver continuous improvement and strengthen Global Procurement’s impact on the wider Roche organization.
As a Sr. Programs & Solutions Manager (Commercial & Corporate Services), you will operate as part of a team that brings market expertise, supplier-driven innovation, and strategic execution capability to the organization. Your primary roles and responsibilities include:
You hold a bachelor degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. +7 years of experience in procurement, with category experience in commercial (e.g. marketing, media, data & analytics) and / or corporate services (e.g. professional services, consulting) ideally with a few years of management consulting experience. Solid background of leading supplier innovation, digital solutions, category transformation, complex cost-out initiatives, or high-value negotiations. Proven track record of co-creating market-first supplier innovations and delivering high-stakes strategic initiatives. Driven by a challenger mindset, valuing speed-to-impact and scaling proven frameworks over starting from scratch. Exceptional presentation and dialogue skills, capable of navigating senior-level discussions, influencing decision-making, and translating complex market opportunities into compelling business cases. You can work from a hypothesis-led mindset combining data (spend, market and X-domain datasets) and insight on business behaviors to influence change ways or working/sourcing models. Enterprise thinker who "connects the dots" across the Roche network to solve business challenges.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 136936.00 and 179728.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
