We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Scientist with strong expertise in bioanalytical mass spectrometry to join our Method Development team. The successful candidate will lead the development and optimization of regulatory-ready bioanalytical methods using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for a variety of therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, peptides, biologics, biomarkers, and oligonucleotides.
Master’s or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline; a Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may also be considered. Typically 5-8+ years of relevant experience in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis, with demonstrated experience independently leading bioanalytical method development projects. Experience in sample preparation techniques appropriate to the analyte type (e.g., protein precipitation, solid-phase extraction, immunoaffinity-based approaches, enzymatic digestion). Strong scientific writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.
