Position Details

Responsible for managing data and reporting within the Sales Planning & Marketing function, with a focus on enhancing the value of the information shared. This role involves creating and maintaining reporting dashboards and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT to implement automated solutions. It also includes providing data and analysis to support retention strategies and serving as the key liaison with Credit and Funding to troubleshoot system issues related to program execution and availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance sales databases and reports
• Support dealer-level reporting & initiatives
• Prepare regular (weekly/monthly) reports internally and externally (Global Headquarters/Brand Partners)
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards using Tableau and other tools
• Work with IT to add efficiencies by automating data transfers, data loading, and data extraction.
• Maintain collaborative, cross-functional relationships to develop and implement automation ideas within Sales Dept.
• Support retention reporting and strategy by providing the required data and analysis. Areas of focus will include Customer Journey Strategy, Lease-End Survey results and Retention Strategic Initiatives (SIs).
• Provide analytical support to Sales & Marketing program development.
• Update and monitor sales, financial and risk assumptions to support program pricing
• Provide sales and pricing analysis for Performance Review activities
• Support Sales/Credit/Funding on operational needs
• Assist with Hyundai/Genesis/Kia OEM liaison efforts for program uploads into LOS and DealerTrack/RouteOne.
• All other duties and ad hoc analysis as assigned, including the delivery of ad hoc reporting/data requested by Global Headquarters.

Work Experience

2-3 years of competitive sales analysis experience. Experience in automotive sales and/or automotive financing.

Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree in finance, or Business required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL.
• Experience working with Tableau, SAS databases, RPA, and analysis tools is preferred.
• Experience with VBA and advanced macro programming (MS Office) is an asset.
• Expert-level skills in financial calculations and business case development to support product/pricing actions.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot effectively.
