What You’ll Do:

• Client Experience & Styling: Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience with expert fashion advice.
• Client Relationships & Loyalty: Build and maintain a client book, fostering long-term relationships.
• Brand Education & Engagement: Share insights on collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
• Store Operations & Visual Merchandising: Support daily operations, including visual merchandising and floor maintenance.
• Sales & Team Collaboration: Drive sales, achieve personal and team goals, and support a thriving workplace culture.
• Customer Service & Problem Solving: Address customer concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Who You Are:

• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fashion-forward environment.
• Passionate about styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• A strong communicator—friendly, engaging, and skilled at building relationships.
• A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Social media savvy (a plus, but not required).
• Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
