McInnes Cooper is seeking a Manager, People & Culture - Operations to join our team in a full-time permanent position. This is a hands-on role for an experienced People & Culture professional who enjoys being close to the work: navigating employee relations and performance matters, interpreting legislation and policy, overseeing compensation and total rewards, strengthening processes, and helping leaders make sound people decisions. The position can be based in any of our seven Atlantic Canadian offices.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $126,000 annually. Individual compensation is determined based on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.
