Gas bar / c-store manager - westwood drive

The Central Sask. Co-operative is currently recruiting a Full-Time Gas Bar/C-Store Manager for our Westwood Drive location in Humboldt, SK.

What you’ll do:

• Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and brand.
• Manage the Westwood C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
• Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
• Lead the team, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide effective direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, talent management and oversee recruitment.
• Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• You have a Grade 12 education.
• You have 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling, and safety.
• You have good skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• You have a valid Class 5 Driver’s license.
• You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• You are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills; and you optimize work processes.
• You are honest and trustworthy, as well as results oriented, effectively encouraging others and striving to be the best in what you do.

Reports to: Gas Bar/C-Store Division Manager
