Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents
• Deliver care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with community mental health agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and family support services
• Participate in program development and service expansion initiatives
• Provide consultation and support to multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Contribute to quality improvement and best-practice mental health initiatives

Qualifications

• Fellowship certification in Psychiatry (or equivalent recognized specialist qualification)
• Child & Adolescent Psychiatry training and/or experience preferred
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Strong commitment to patient-centered mental healthcare
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills
