PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To supervise billing clerks; to supervise billing functions ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing; and to ensure proper revenue allocations to company departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises billing clerks providing leadership and guidance.
• Ensures accurate and timely client invoicing; ensures proper revenue allocations to company departments.
• Assists with monthly revenue variance reporting.
• Resolves client billing issues.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.

Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.

Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

Four (4) years experience in the accounting field or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include one (1) year supervisory experience.

• Thorough knowledge of billing principles and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Compensation Information:

Salary Range: 67,847.00 - 85,000.00 CAD Annual annually

Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Sedgwick is committed to transparent and equitable pay practices.
