Job Purpose

Regional pricing team in Brazil covers all Latin America territory, for all products. We partner with product, finance and industry teams to guide the execution of dynamic and differentiated pricing strategies, aligned with product and company revenue and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, interprets and communicates a wide variety of data (economic and competitive environment, revenue and profitability, as well as sales history and forecasts, prices, discounts and price realization) to generate business insights and recommend actions that maximize sales and profitability
• Develops advanced strategic pricing recommendations for new and existing products and services, driving value-based pricing
• Provides thought leadership to key stakeholders in developing pricing strategies for new and existing products and services
• Executes strategic and tactical pricing actions within a robust pricing governance framework to implement future price changes

• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to identify the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions to resolve them.

• Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes needed to make sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to different situations.

Basic requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering & Information Technology. Works effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exhibited level of comfort presenting to senior management. Pre-Advanced English.

Top Candidates Will Have:

Understanding of dealer operations. Intermediate Spanish.
