The Position

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused person to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll be at the heart of the store, working the hours over the lunch rush on Fridays and Saturdays, and helping customers find pieces they’ll love. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming store experience, building genuine customer relationships and contributing to the success of the wider team. Alongside sales, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly and ensure our day-to-day standards are consistently delivered. The part time hours we have available are Fridays and Saturdays 11am - 3pm. (8 hours total). The successful candidate will be flexible to pick up additional shifts as and when required. We also have opportunities for an individual to join the team as a Casual for weekend/leave cover. Please note there will be occasional heavy lifting involved in this role.

Skills And Experiences

The Successful Candidate

You’ll ideally have some experience in retail or customer service, with a natural ability to connect with people and create a genuinely good customer experience. Experience selling premium or design-led products is a bonus, as is a track record of working towards sales targets. You’ll be confident, personable and professional, with a genuine interest in design and an ability to understand what customers are looking for.
