Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and results-driven Full Cycle Sourcing Specialist focused exclusively on high-volume sourcing across diverse channels. This role is vital for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to support our recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sourcing, demonstrating a data-driven approach and a proven ability to effectively identify and engage prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and new sourcing techniques, ensuring access to top talent.
• Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines to address current and future staffing needs.
• Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for tracking sourcing activities and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific sourcing requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Create compelling messaging and outreach strategies to effectively engage potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing metrics and candidate interactions.
• Analyze sourcing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously enhance sourcing efforts and strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in sourcing.
• Proven sourcing experience, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficient analytical skills to interpret sourcing metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
• Open to travelling to both locations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of qualified candidates sourced per month.
• Conversion rate of sourced candidates to interviews.
• Conversion rate of hires per source vs. leads generated by source.
• Achieving 100% fill rates for open positions.

Education/Experience

· Associate degree in Business Studies or Human Resource or related field, or 1 years proven experience in Recruiting
