Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and help us build strong talent pipelines that support our business growth.

In this role, you will lead the Talent Acquisition team, drive recruitment strategies, monitor hiring performance, and partner closely with Operations, Training, and Marketing to ensure we attract and hire the right talent at the right time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, productivity, quality, time-to-fill, and hiring results.
  • Partner with Operations to forecast hiring needs and recruitment capacity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and selection processes.
  • Establish consistent interview and selection standards across recruitment teams.
  • Analyze performance feedback to improve candidate profiles and hiring decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing on employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
  • Monitor the recruitment funnel and improve candidate conversion and experience.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and resolve recruitment escalations.
  • Support the development and succession planning of Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, competitor hiring activity, and recruitment practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience managing people and leading teams.
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and recruitment tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • 95% English proficiency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Results-oriented and service-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
