Job summary

At the earliest possible date, we would like to strengthen at the Derventa site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd level support via the ticketing system
• Independent problem analysis and troubleshooting
• Implementation of IT projects and Group specifications
• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of clients and mobile devices
• Support with the configuration and administration of the network infrastructure
• Creation of documentation, instructions or evaluations
• Communication with internal or external contacts
• Support with procurement and repairs

Your profile

• Completed IT training (apprenticeship/technical college or similar)
• Basic technical understanding, time flexibility and commitment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products and other common software
• High service orientation
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Enjoy working in a team with a willingness to develop personally

Language skills: English, German is an advantage
