Spa Receptionist

Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for effectively selling services and products while providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively scheduling and selling spa treatments/services and products.
• Must have extensive knowledge of all spa treatments, products, services, and fitness programs.
• Helping guest set up their spa experience by scheduling their appointments.
• Providing receipts for guests after treatments and ensure proper billing procedures are completed.
• Handling cash register transactions and perform closeout procedures.
