Job Purpose:

Planning and conducting appointments with doctors and medical professionals to promote Hikma products and achieve the overall sales target, while monitoring competitor activities and threats. Following up on and reviewing the performance of Hikma products in the market through client feedback and other indicators.

Key Accountabilities:

• Planning and conducting daily visits to healthcare professionals to promote assigned products, share product information and convey company messages to achieve the monthly sales target.
• Assessing the needs of patients and doctors to effectively position the benefits of each brand.
• Applying effective selling skills and cost-benefit analysis to deliver each brand’s value proposition in line with marketing messages.
• Maintaining strong disease and product knowledge in the assigned therapy area.
• Conducting conferences and lectures on Hikma products while building effective professional contacts.
• Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Hikma’s image.
• Monitoring and analyzing market data and conditions to identify competitive advantages.
• Reviewing sales performance and developing marketing plans to achieve objectives.
• Documenting all sales-related activities in a timely manner.
• Preparing the required reports, including business intelligence, market survey, competitor activity and event feedback reports.
• Collecting accurate and timely sales information and entering it into the CRM system daily for review by the Sales Supervisor.
• Managing company resources responsibly and ensuring all work is carried out in line with SOPs and the compliance framework.
• Performing any other job-related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Pharmacy or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience in Bahrain.

Experience in dermatology and/or neurology.

Experience in the governmental sector is preferred.
