Role Overview

Business Development Manager Manager | Arabic Speaking | Office-based (5 days/week) Bahrain, Manama

Bahrain is an exciting market for Fresha and we’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to take ownership of growing our presence in Bahrain, turning salons, barbershops, spas and clinics into Fresha partners.

You’ll own the full sales cycle and your market, with the opportunity to build your pipeline, win new business and directly shape Fresha’s growth across Bahrain.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment where autonomy, performance and continuous improvement are highly valued. We’re looking for someone who is commercially motivated, analytical and proactive, with the confidence to influence partners and drive change.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for this role.

To foster a collaborative environment centred on in-person interaction and teamwork, this role is 5 days/week in our office.

What You’ll Do

• KPIs: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, taking ownership of your performance and driving new business growth across the Bahrain market.
• Outreach & Leads: Proactively engage key decision-makers through phone, email and social outreach, while responding quickly to qualified inbound leads and building a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
• Selling & Sales Cycle: Own the full sales process from prospecting and qualification through to product demos, negotiation and close, showcasing the value of Fresha’s solutions at every stage.
• Partnering: Understand each partner’s needs and goals through effective discovery and needs analysis, positioning the right Fresha solutions to support their business and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience, while sharing insights from conversations with prospects and partners to help identify market trends and customer needs.
• Business Partnering: Become a trusted commercial point of contact for partners, building strong relationships and supporting their growth through Fresha.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Bring 1+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently delivering results.
• Industry: Experience within SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• Relationship Building: Be a natural hunter who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities and turning prospects into long-term partners.
• Organised: Manage multiple opportunities effectively, prioritising your time and staying organised throughout the sales cycle.
• Curiosity: Bring a curious mindset, always looking to learn, develop your skills and find new ways to improve.
• Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is desired.
