Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory). Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of gaming culture. Ability to thrive in an on-site professional environment in Sofia, Bulgaria. Previous experience in customer support or the gaming industry is highly preferred. A proactive problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude.
