Key Responsibilities

Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational office environment.
Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
