We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team for a French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries from French-speaking clients regarding vehicle rentals within the tourism sector.
• Provide expert guidance on fleet options, insurance packages, and rental agreements to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations with high accuracy using specialized industry software.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently, maintaining the high standards expected in the tourism industry.
• Collaborate with international partners to ensure seamless logistical support for vehicle pick-ups and returns.
• Promote additional travel services and upgrades to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain detailed client records to ensure all tourism industry compliance standards are met.

Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in the tourism industry.

Ability to thrive in an international office environment and work well under pressure.

Previous experience in customer service or the travel sector is considered a significant asset.

Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this exciting career opportunity.
