We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Finnish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional assistance to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to resolve inquiries efficiently within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented interactions.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system to track trends and common support needs.
• Collaborate with international team members to share best practices and contribute to a high-performing support culture.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments while managing client expectations.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team-based KPIs regarding response times and quality scores.

Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ideally with previous experience in Customer Support Services. Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our multinational office environment. Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced work setting in Sofia.
