Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory). Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering superior Customer Support Services. Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for this on-site role. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude. Previous experience in a contact center or service-oriented environment is considered an advantage.
