We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant city of Sofia. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the fast-paced customer support services industry.

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse team. Valid EU passport or residency status allowing you to work in Bulgaria. Proven experience in the customer support services industry is considered a strong advantage. Strong empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving capabilities. Availability for on-site work in Sofia, contributing to the most sought-after jobs in Bulgaria.
