Great motion design doesn't just move; it tells a story. We're looking for someone who gets that.

We're hiring a Motion Designer to join our team in Dhaka, working primarily on video content for global brands, delivered at scale across markets and languages. Every version we build needs to feel as considered as the original, so the role is as much about judgment and craft as it is about output.

You'll turn storyboards and brand assets into finished animation, with a sharp eye for timing, easing and pacing, along with solid editing and color grading skills. Understanding how storyboards, pacing, framing, and visual flow work will serve you well here. It's often what separates technically competent animation from animation that genuinely connects.

The Work

• Turn creative briefs, storyboards, design layouts, and brand assets into polished motion graphics and animation.
• Craft 2D animation, kinetic typography, transitions, and visual effects with close attention to timing, easing, and pacing.
• Animate interfaces and digital products through UI animation, micro-interactions, and product walkthroughs.
• Edit video footage, integrating graphics, typography, music, and sound into cohesive final content.
• Apply color correction and grading to maintain the right tone, mood, and visual consistency.
• Adapt master creative across languages, markets, sizes, and formats without losing what made the original work.
• Prepare final content for different platforms and aspect ratios, including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, social media, digital advertising and broadcast.
• Build and maintain reusable After Effects project templates, motion graphics templates (.mogrt), and organized asset libraries.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers and stakeholders on creative direction, brand guidelines and delivery requirements.
• Apply internal and client feedback thoughtfully and accurately through each round of refinement.
• Check every version against the approved creative and copy for visual, content, and technical accuracy before delivery.
• Manage render queues, resolve technical issues, and keep project files clean and organized.

What You'll Need

• 5 years of experience as a Motion Designer or AFX Editor in an agency, production studio, or in-house creative team. Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate strong fundamentals and sound creative judgment.
• Portfolio featuring finished work that shows your skills, contribution and range.
• Strong, hands-on skills in Adobe After Effects, including keyframing, masking, rotoscoping, tracking and compositing.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video generation, editing and enhancement tools.
• Solid understanding of motion-design principles, including timing, easing, pacing, composition, and visual rhythm.
• Good foundation in graphic design, layout, typography and color.
• Understanding of the complete video-production process, from storyboarding and asset preparation through editing, audio, color grading, rendering, and delivery.
• Interpret feedback accurately and apply it without losing the original creative intent.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other motion designers to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
• Confident, independent communicator, able to understand requirements and work effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
• Comfortable supporting multiple projects at the same time without compromising quality.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender would be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with After Effects plugins such as Trapcode Suite, Element 3D, or Optical Flares would also be valuable.

Considering the nature of the work, strong communication skills and flexibility to work across different shifts are essential for supporting international clients effectively. This is an onsite role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
