Responsibilities

• Coordinate the network of various participants in the Management System
• Administer and manage Management System publications and related tools
• Promote the management system, ensuring widespread understanding and providing necessary support to users and process managers
• Measure effectiveness and adherence to the governance of the Management System and certification policy
• Developing presentations and compiling reports in preparation for monthly/quarterly Quality Management Reviews
• Manage existing quality certifications and approvals within the entity.
• Act as the liaison for quality standards within the entity.
• Coordinate and manage internal audit plans and maturity assessment plans.
• Conduct Internal Audits:
• Perform detailed internal audits to ensure processes comply with required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, non-conformities, areas for improvement, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and follow up on action plans to address issues or non-conformities identified during audits.
• Promote initiatives for sharing and capitalizing on knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure the entity complies with relevant internal standards and external certification requirements, particularly ISO certifications and other regulatory requirements.
• Create, update, distribute, and archive quality management documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a Quality Management System.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using quality management software and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
