PAŞA Sığorta ASC invites candidates to apply for the position of Sales Channels Assistant and become a member of our professional team.

This role encompasses key functions to support the sales channels strategy, including expanding the existing customer base, conducting negotiations with partners, and preparing data-driven reports. As part of our team, you will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of retail sales channels and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conducting negotiations with partners;
• Preparing reports based on data;
• Expanding the existing insurance base and providing customer service;
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of insurance legislation;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to express thoughts clearly;
• Quick adaptation to changing circumstances;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Product sales and presentation skills;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani.

Education and Experience

Relevant work experience is desirable.
