PAŞA Sığorta ASC invites candidates to apply for the position of Junior Specialist / Specialist in Compulsory Insurance Lines and become a member of our professional team.

This role is responsible for managing the insurance claims process for compulsory insurance types. The specialist will play a crucial part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthening the company's sector leadership by ensuring the complete and accurate settlement of insurance claims, managing all related documentation, and conducting effective communication with all relevant parties, including clients and state authorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the complete and accurate settlement process for insurance claims;
• Manage documentation and records for insurance events and upload electronic copies to the internal system;
• Send inquiries to relevant state bodies and organizations to gather information;
• Communicate directly with insured parties, their representatives, and/or affected third parties to manage the documentation process;
• Receive customer claims and objections, and investigate disputed issues based on the contract.

Knowledge and Skills

• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and precision;
• Ability to promptly identify and resolve problems;
• Strong written and verbal communication, as well as business correspondence skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines;
• Behavioral competencies such as teamwork, proactivity, and goal-orientation;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs;
• Certifications in the insurance field are desirable;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian.

Education and Experience

• Higher education (in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration);
• A degree in Law is desirable;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the business field.
