Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) is an industry leader in inspection and integrity services for all gas and liquid pipelines in every known environment and operating condition.

Play a vital role in delivering energy for our customers. The Graduate Pipeline Engineer will support the Process & Pipeline Services team in delivering pipeline commissioning projects (e.g., cleaning, gauging, flooding, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, preservation, nitrogen/helium leak testing, maintenance, pre-commissioning) and operational support projects for onshore and offshore clients. The role is designed to provide recent engineering graduates with practical exposure to pipeline operations, project execution, field engineering, and client-facing activities while developing technical and operational competencies under the guidance of experienced engineers and project managers.

As a Graduate Pipeline Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Support the planning and execution of Process & Pipeline Services projects in accordance with client requirements and company procedures.
• Assist in pipeline pre-commissioning, commissioning, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, nitrogen services, and operational support activities.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, work packs, procedures, and project documentation.
• Support mobilization and demobilization activities for offshore and onshore projects.
• Assist in reviewing technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and client documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, project management, HSE, workshop, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend site visits and field operations to gain practical experience with PPS equipment and processes.
• Monitor project progress and support project teams with planning and execution activities.
• Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical development programs.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have minimum of 1-2 years experiences in piping/pipeline/ commissioning/ pre-commissioning services.
• Have degree in engineering(Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline)
• Have fluent Azerbaijani and minimum upper-intermediate English
